By accessing and using MeTransportation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
MeTransportation provides private and luxury transportation services in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, including airport transfers and hotel transportation.
Booking and Reservations
Booking Process
Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings require advance notice and are subject to availability.
Required Information
To complete your booking, we require the following information:
- Passenger names and contact information
- Flight details (for airport transfers)
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Number of passengers and luggage
- Preferred pickup time
Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details and QR code.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and include taxes. Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, and number of passengers.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due before the service date.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following policy:
- 48+ hours before service: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Service Conditions
Arrival and Pickup
Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. For airport arrivals, we monitor flight delays and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on item. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.
Passenger Conduct
We expect all passengers to behave respectfully. Any disruptive behavior may result in service termination without refund.
Liability
MeTransportation is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials are the property of MeTransportation and are protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cancun, Mexico.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
